Wind Power Hoa Dong Company Limited & Wind Power Lac Hoa Company Limited would like to thank the People’s Committee of Soc Trang province and departments and agencies of Soc Trang province for their support and conditions for the Investor in the implementation of Hoa Dong Wind Power Plant Project (Project No. 19) and Lac Hoa Wind Power Plant Project (Project No. 20) in recent years.
To implement the project, the investor develops a plan to hold the Groundbreaking ceremony “Hoa Dong Wind Power Plant 30MW (Project No. 19) and Lac Hoa Wind Power Plant 30MW (Project No. 20)” and submit for Your consideration, specifically as follows:

- Organization of implementation
The investor actively advises and makes proposals to the Department of Industry & Trade, Vinh Chau Town People’s Committee, Hoa Dong Commune People’s Committee on the preparation and organization necessary to ensure the ceremony of the groundbreaking ceremony is solemn and on schedule.
- Proposals & Suggestions
To submit to the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People’s Committee interested in directing the functional departments and Vinh Chau Town to create all favorable conditions for the Investor to successfully organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the project.
The People’s Committee of Vinh Chau Town and Hoa Dong Commune People’s Committee are interested in supporting the power transmission system, arranging backup generators, security, and order, and mobilizing forces to ensure safety for the groundbreaking ceremony of the project according to the plan.
